First of all a BIG THANK YOU for supporting our event by performing in it!
As you know, we created this event to give you a platform to test run your routines right before you go to Las Vegas Salsa Congress to represent our amazing state! – We know you will do the best you can and you will do just amazing!
TECH REHEARSAL & MUSIC
– Tech Rehearsal will take place at 7pm at the location (we don’t want to do it too earlier because its just too hot)
– Please make sure you submit the music one week prior to event via email
– The bathrooms will be available at night for performance for you to change
– Shows will start at 9:30PM. So come at least 1hr earlier to change, check on make up and costumes
– If you have multiple shows, make sure you tell us so we can place the order of shows accordingly
COUPLES & TEAMS PASSES
– If you are a couple and performing, you just need to send the names of the performers
– If you have a team of 4 people or more, please send us the names of the performers, as well as $7/performer pass for the night
